Since our founding, we have been committed to developing cosmetics that are as gentle as possible on both people and the environment. In 2024, this commitment is reflected in our participation in the Green Impact Index, which allows us to assess the environmental and social impact of our products.
What is the Green Impact Index ?
Its goal is to make this information more accessible and understandable to consumers, using a rating scale from A to E.
How are our products evaluated ?
Each product is evaluated based on more than 50 criteria.
The evaluation is based on two pillars:
- An environmental score (80%) that takes into account packaging, formulation, manufacturing, and transportation
- A social score (20%) that includes, in particular, the brand’s commitments, animal welfare, and the social impacts associated with production
This evaluation is based on a methodology developed collectively within the Green Impact Index consortium, under the auspices of AFNOR SPEC 2215.
Why use the Green Impact Index ?
To provide consumers with clear and transparent information, enabling them to make informed choices by comparing products based on their environmental and social impacts.
It is also a key tool for continuous improvement and eco-design for our Research and Development, Marketing, Procurement, and CSR teams.

” The Green Impact Index provides a structured framework for evolving our practices: it helps us better understand the environmental and societal impact of our products so that we can measure it and, ultimately, reduce it.
The implementation of the initial ratings is a particularly exciting step : it allows us to make our decisions more objective, identify areas for improvement, and foster a collective effort involving the marketing, packaging, scientific, and CSR teams. Its launch marks the beginning of a transformation focused on responsible innovation. “
